Deactivate a Workspace Primary Possessor**

**No one tin can deactivate the Workspace Master Owner. To deactivate this person, the Primary Owner must transfer ownership to someone else.

Deactivate someone's account

People aren't notified when their accounts are deactivated, nor are their letters or files deleted. They'll exist signed out of your workspace(s) on all devices, and unable to sign back in. Some apps may also exist disabled when sure accounts are deactivated. If you change your mind, you can reactivate an account.

1. From your desktop, click your workspace name in the top left.
   
2. Select Settings & administration from the menu, then clickManage members.
3. Click the three dots icon to the correct of the fellow membery'all'd similar to deactivate.
4. Select Deactivate account .

Remove someone from a workspace

On the Enterprise Filigree programme, accounts can't exist deactivated at the workspace level, simply people can be removed from workspaces. Continue in listen that anyone you remove from your workspace will remain function of the Enterprise Grid org.

Conciliate an account

1. From your desktop, click your workspace name in the top left.
   
2. Select Settings & administration from the menu, then clickOrganization settings.
3. Click People in the left sidebar, so select Members.
4. Check the box next to any members you'd like to deactivate .
5. Click Deactivate above the list of members.

Note: Deactivating a member'south account does not delete profile information, similar full name, display proper name, or profile picture. Just a Primary Owner tin asking to delete a member's profile information.
